Entry to carnival is free.
 
Roadrunner Wristbands give each wearer unlimited access to most attractions and games throughout the carnival.
 
Please note some attractions (i.e. on-site drawing/raffles, face painting, the Royal Flush, and Balloons) are not included in the all access wristbands.
